POLICIES

Payment
Cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do not issue credit nor accept cheques; all payments must be made in full at time of purchase. Gratuities are not included in our pricing and are prohibited for physicians, nurses and other regulated healthcare professionals.

Lateness
We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to check-in, wind-down, be readied for your appointment and start your treatment relaxed and unhurried.    Möcelle Edan is an efficiently-run organization, as such persons who are 15-minutes or more late will lose their appointment to persons on standby or our waiting list.

Repeated lateness will result in loss of appointment booking privileges or a request to discontinue being a patron of Möcelle Edan.   Any decision to accept late arrivers is at the sole discretion of Möcelle Edan, on a case by case basis, and is usually on the basis that the session may not be permitted to over-run the scheduled end-time, causing disruption to subsequent customers or the incurrence by Möcelle Edan of extra staffing costs.  

Cancellations & NO SHOWS
The lateness policy above also applies to cancellations and no-shows.   Appointment reschedules and individual service (non-event bookings) cancellations require a minimum 24 full hours notice.    No shows, Reschedules and Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance, will incur a 100% charge on their next appointment at cash-out; failure to pay may result in loss of booking privileges, refusal to provide future service and or termination of membership (if any), as determined in our sole discretion.

Event bookings cancelled less than 14 days in advance shall be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking, and 100% for events cancelled/changed within 7 days. At our discretion, a credit card may be required to hold bookings.

Etiquette
We welcome patrons who do not disturb the tranquility and serenity expected of us by other patients.   For the comfort of other clients, we require that all cell phones, pagers, alarm and audible devices be muted or turned off while in the spa, and that any business or personal affairs be  conducted outside Möcelle Edan facilities. Minors may only enter the facilities with adult supervision at all times.  For medical and health regulatory reasons, pets are prohibited from entering upon our premises.  

NOISE
No person (adults or minors) may disrupt or interfere with the quiet enjoyment and use of the facilities.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All cosmetic medical procedure sales are final - we strictly do not provide refund on procedures after they have been performed.   Product purchases may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase for a full refund, provided that the item is in original condition with unbroken seal and original receipt.

Lost Items, etc
The responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items held in courtesy by us on your behalf remain exclusively with you.    Feel free to maintain your belongings in your personal custody during your appointment.  

Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit upfront is required to secure all event bookings. Said deposit shall apply fully towards the value of your service, but will be fully forfeited in the event of cancellations or changes that provide us with less than the required minimum notice pursuant to our policies.

Pricing, policies, product and services offered are subject to change at anytime without notice.  Please speak to a Customer Service Representative  for additional and upto date information.

Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is not necessary, however if you enjoyed our service and wish to express that in the form of a tip, you can do so in two ways. You may leave the tip directly with the service provider, or with the main reception.

Safety Rules & Other Policies
We kindly ask that you follow all governmental/regulatory safety rules, those of the shopping centre and of our company, and agree we are not responsible if you refuse or otherwise fail to do so.     By patronizing or entering our premises you agree to conduct yourself in accord with all the within policies together with those posted physically in the spa and on our website, as said policies are amended from time to time.
