Do I have to personally manage my Möcelle Edan Cosmetic Clinic?
No you may choose to be a Silent Investor who invests capital but does not assume any responsibility for the daily management of your cosmetic clinic. However, one person from your investment group, whose credentials are approved by us, must function as Managing Investor that provides leadership for your investment group, oversees day-to-day operations and make non-clinical decisions. If you wish to manage your clinic, you need to demonstrate satisfactory personality, image, aptitude and ability by successfully completing our training program.
What qualifications must I have to be a Möcelle Edan franchisee?
· Own or be in association with someone who owns a medical clinic, spa or beauty related company that’s been in business for a minimum of 2-years (exceptions apply)
· Have a Medical License (not applicable to Silent Investors or non-clinical active investors)
· Satisfactory credit for your business
· The required amount of capital
· Meet our lending criteria (if applying for financing)
· A willingness to sacrifice for the success of your business

Do you provide training?
Möcelle Edan is committed to providing practical-usable hands on training to our franchisees and their managers. This is done through our training division, Möcelle Edan Academy of Medical Cosmetics.
^ top Who pays for the Initial Training?
We do! Your initial training is provided to you free of charge. Should you choose to enroll yourself or your staff in any other programs at Möcelle Edan Academy of Medical Cosmetics, standard tuition fees will apply. You will need to budget for travel and accommodation during the period you are attending the Academy.
^ top Do I need Have to do the Renovations by Myself?
No. A Möcelle Edan Cosmetic Clinic is a luxury designed turnkey solution. Our cosmetic clinics are provided fully built, fully furnished and with standard medical equipments. With Möcelle Edan you never have to worry about handling renovations, contractors, building permits, equipment selection, etc all by yourself.

Everything is purchased from designated vendors or through our Direct Purchasing Program - whichever offers you the best price.
^ top How does the site selection process work?
We assist you in the site selection process, by considering factors such as the volume of vehicular traffic passing at various times during the day; the volume of foot traffic throughout the day; distance from intersections, stop signs and traffic lights; distance to competitors; the nature of the surrounding businesses and residential areas; the availability of parking and the exposure to signage. We consider the residential and business population within a six block radius including demographic information such as per capita and median family income; age and ethnic make‑up; and the number and mix of other businesses in the area.

Will you come around and inspect or audit my operation?
Absolutely. That is how we ensure consistency and quality and help you run a more successful operation. The Business Developer assigned to work with you has a simple mandate to work with you in a cooperative fashion and, if he or she enters your clinic, he or she has to look for ways to help you make you more money.

There is no sales quota imposed by us. Naturally, you need to make money if you are going to survive in the long term.
