| The Möcelle® Business Model |
| Möcelle® offers two MMD Spa® business models: |
1.
Non-surgical MMD Spa® Model: this model combines non-surgical treatment modalities such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular treatments, etc with the opulence and luxury of a premier day spa. Candidates for the non-surgical model may be physicians, nurses, day spa/salon owners, investors and opportunity seekers. This model is also suitable for existing clinics/practices/spas/salons that wish to benefit from being part of a broader organization and build a greater cash revenue base.
Express/tuck Option: An affordably-priced Express/tuck option is also available for the non-surgical model. Express/tuck MMD Spas® are typically 500-600sq.ft, and are designed to be tucked inside existing compatible businesses that meet our traffic count and other requirements (example: inside busy women’s fitness clubs & large medical practices).
2.
Surgical MMD Spa® Model: this model has all the above-mentioned features of the full-sized non-surgical model, plus it offers cosmetic surgery procedures such as facelifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, etc. You must be, or be in partnership with, a licensed plastic surgeon in order to be able to acquire a surgical MMD Spa®.

| Spa/Fashion Makeover Integration |
As part of the overall makeover model, each facility has on-board professionals with training to render professional image consultating, hair design, makeup, colour analysis, wardrobe design, and traditional day spa services such as manicures and pedicures, etc. All of this amidst an atmosphere of elegance and fine decor.
This Makeover Medspa® concept is revolutionary and a generation ahead of the present medspa franchises and independent medspas now popping up across the marketplace. The most beautiful part of the MMD.Spa® model is that it gives both the traditional salon/spa owner and plastic surgeon unified seating in the medspa industry, while finally providing consumers with the opportunity to truly one-stop shop. It is like taking the TV show Extreme Makeover and setting it up in a store-front, so everyone can go in for their makeover.
